The IronLandsWhere ItBelongs.
One certified operator. Steel beams on foundation bolts from sixty feet up. Wind corridors most outfits won't touch — we're already rigged by dawn Tuesday.
Tonnage. Reach. Decision.
Every lift starts with the right iron. Here's how our fleet stacks up — load chart numbers in plain language, not footnotes.
| Class | Type | Capacity | Max Boom | Max Radius | Wind Rating | Setup Time | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
RT-30 | Rough Terrain | 30 tons | 106 ft | 85 ft | ≤ 25 mph | 35 min | Residential steel, small commercial |
RT-60 MOST REQUESTED | Rough Terrain | 60 tons | 138 ft | 110 ft | ≤ 28 mph | 45 min | Mid-rise structural steel, precast |
AT-80 | All Terrain | 80 tons | 170 ft | 140 ft | ≤ 32 mph | 55 min | Refinery shutdowns, bridge work |
LC-150 | Lattice Boom Crawler | 150 tons | 240 ft | 190 ft | ≤ 35 mph | 4–6 hr | Heavy industrial, long-radius lifts |
HC-275 | Hydraulic Crawler | 275 tons | 310 ft | 260 ft | ≤ 30 mph | 8–12 hr | Vessel lifts, stack erection |
* All capacities per ASME B30.5. Wind ratings are operational maximums at full boom extension. Site conditions may reduce rated capacity — a lift plan is always provided before mobilization.

Hourly vs. Project.
Here's the Breakeven.
Hourly works for single-day pours. Project rates win at 15+ hours. The bar shows exactly where the math flips.
| Crane | Hourly Rate | Daily Rate | Project Minimum | Breakeven (hrs) | Mobilization | Overtime | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
RT-30 | $185/hr | $1,260/day | $2,800 | 15h | $280–$340 | $278/hr | 1–3 day steel pours |
RT-60 POPULAR | $245/hr | $1,680/day | $3,800 | 15.5h | $310–$580 | $368/hr | Mid-rise structural steel, multi-day |
AT-80 | $310/hr | $2,160/day | $5,200 | 16.8h | $520–$840 | $465/hr | Refinery shutdowns, scheduled windows |
LC-150 | $480/hr | $3,360/day | $9,500 | 19.8h | $820–$1,050 | $720/hr | Heavy industrial, long-duration projects |
* All rates include certified operator, rigging equipment, and lift plan. Rates quoted in USD. Fuel surcharge applies beyond 60 miles. Standby time billed at 50% of hourly rate.
From the Job Site.
Not a Brochure.
GCs, steel erectors, and facility managers — the people who need the lift to go right the first time.
We had a 48-hour window between pours and a 62-foot beam that had to land on anchor bolts with less than a quarter-inch of play. They were rigged and ready at 5:50 AM. The iron sat on the first pick.
Our shutdown window was six hours. They pre-rigged the night before, had the vessel neck swapped and back on the pad in four hours and twenty minutes. First time we've ever finished a planned shutdown ahead of schedule.
I've used three different crane outfits on this corridor. The wind comes up fast and two of them have walked off a job. These guys stayed, adjusted the pick plan on the fly, and put the steel where it needed to go.
Pre-bid lift plan review saved us $18,000. They caught a crane positioning conflict with the existing structure before we ever broke ground. That's the kind of operator relationship you can build a schedule around.
